"Update: my experience the last few times has been so much better. I picked up a bunch of clothes today and all looked perfect. Businesses can’t always get everything 100% perfect. It’s the way they treat you when something goes wrong that separates decent from great customer service. Thank you!
I have been a customer for 8 years, but my last two orders were sloppy and unwearable. I had them redo a bunch of shirts that came back in good shape after the redo, but the new ones I dipped off were as bad as the ones I hade to have redone. They clearly have an attention to detail issue with employees. I like the person working the Crystal River store very much and she is empathetic and committed to customer service, but the quality of work is just unacceptable. I’m only writing this review to get some management attention to the issue. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’d go somewhere else if there were another option in Crystal River."
